The arrival of spring brings me joy, and I particularly cherish having fresh flowers in the house. Hydrangeas have always held a special place in my heart; I adore them both in our home and in our garden. Their presence evokes fond childhood memories, as my mother always kept them in the house.

And then there’s the cherry blossoms, whose beauty never ceases to captivate me. Cherry blossoms in Paris are just so enchanting. Here, in the US, you can also see stunning displays in several cities, each offering its own unique beauty: Washington, DC; Macon, Georgia; the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens; and Nashville, TN. WEEKLY Style

This week’s Spring style is all about taking basics and elevating them. I love how gold buttons can instantly add a touch of sophistication to any look. This striped cardigan sweater was originally $445 and is currently 70% off, making it a great deal. It is an extra soft merino blend, making this a perfect sweater to enjoy now and then save for Fall and Winter.

Bonnie Blouse from NYDJ. It’s 100% cotton and beautiful for Spring and Summer. I have it in the white but am considering buying the back because it so pretty.

On a recent trip to NYC, my husband and I were walking in the West Village when we discovered an adorable dog shop called Zoomies. Of course, I had to buy a few things for Stella. She loves to play with her toys and is obsessed with balls.
